• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am having an issue with a company
I just received the following email from SkyFx: PLEASE FORWARD....

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that as of February 12, 2016 the Company’s CIF license with authorization number 151/11 has been suspended for a period of 15 (fifteen) days. Please find here the relevant link regarding the decision of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (the ‘CySEC’) dated on February 12, 2016.

During the aforementioned period the Company will not be able to accept any new clients and/ or the opening of any new accounts and/ or the placing of any new orders.

Please be advised that the Company will close all open position on the latest available price as defined in the market close of Friday, 12 of February 2016.

Should you require any further clarifications/ and or assistance regarding the matter, kindly contact our Support Department by email at support@skyfx.com.

Don't wait 15 days. File complaints with Cysec and the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman immediately.
 
Somebody tell me please Cysec should get our money back ? Or someone else ? Who gave the license that fraudsters.How to get money back?. Need real advice
 
Cysec advised anyone owed money from a Cysec regulated broker needs to file a complaint with the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.
